CLASS: Taiji quan (Tai Chi 6-week session), by Master, Kathy Gill Ph.D.
Taiji quan and qigong are Chinese systems of breath work, meditation and movement that have martial arts applications. In these classes, we will be emphasizing the internal aspects of the practices which are gaining modern research support as effective methods of relaxation, pain and stress management and health promotion. Classes are open to people of all levels of experience and have proven to be a fun and supportive atmosphere for learning body awareness.
