Using Essential Oils to Help Manage Stress

Come explore ways to use essential oils in your environment to reduce everyday stress. We will review the most effective essential oils for inhalation and topical application. Each participant will create their own blend in a rollerball applicator that can be applied to pulse points throughout the day. We will discuss a daily routine developed by French physician Dr. Daniel Penoel (author of Natural Home Health Care Using Essential Oils) that he recommends for managing stress. Resources will be provided.
