This five week group will kickstart or sustain your fresh new relationship with food and with your body. We are going to break it down and supply you with all the tools you need to feel AMAZING. You will leave each group session energized, strong and empowered. Tracey Austin, our Certified Personal Trainer, has developed an intense, functional movement program that will amp up your strength and your metabolism – you will also leave each week with exercise challenges that are quick and easy to do at home. Lora Downie, Certified Health Coach, has pulled together a unique strategy for defining the foods that feed YOU well and tactics for getting more of those into your life.
This 5-week program includes:
- A weekly comprehensive group session with our certified personal trainer and certified health coach
- Each weekly session includes: 45 minute movement session with Tracey, focusing on core and strength exercises
- Weekly exercise challenges to do at home
- 45 minute nutrition challenge session with Lora where she will present her tried and true strategies, along with discussion time for accountability and support
- 2-3 Cooking demos displaying techniques and ingredients
- Weekly nutrition challenges that are easy, tasty and effective
