Providing patients with comprehensive care has always been an essential element of my practice, so I am pleased to introduce the outstanding health coaches who will be available to meet with clients in my office.
Health coaches are wellness professionals who facilitate behavior changes by meeting with clients to discuss various lifestyle goals, ranging from exercise, weight loss, energy and nutrition to reducing stress, preventing disease and more. Through meeting with you, they gather personal information to create individualized plans that will help you achieve your goals, and then continue to mentor and inspire you to successfully maintain your goals. As the health coaches working in my office are diverse in their training and offerings, I am hopeful that you will find a good fit for your healthy lifestyle goals.
