Insurance
Lesley James, MD is a fee for service practice and does not accept any medical insurance. Health Savings Account (HSA) dollars are accepted. Payment in full is expected at the time of service. We are happy to give you paperwork that you can file with your insurance after your visit. We encourage you to call the Customer Care number on your insurance card to find out if your plan covers an “out of network” doctor.
Cancellation
Dr. James requires two working days’ notice for a changed or cancelled appointment due to the time allotted per visit. A $100 cancellation fee will apply for a missed appointment.
On-Call Service
In order to focus her energy on improving your health and well being, Dr. James can take calls only if not with a patient and responds to messages at her earliest convenience.
